Julia is a lifelong multi-generational New Yorker with a unique understanding of its neighborhoods, history and ever changing dynamics. Julia is a graduate of The Chapin School, Middlebury College (BA- Cum Laude) and INSEAD (MBA). For 25-plus years, Julia has excelled in finance, media and public relations at such firms as Needham & Company, Arthur Anderson Consulting, New Line Cinema, the Tribeca Film Festival, and Spy magazine. A results-driven self-starter, Julia ran her own strategic marketing firm Kay Media LLC for 10 years focused on working with New York’s cultural institutions, not-for-profit organizations, art galleries, authors, and more. Julia has been actively involved with numerous charities and organizations that seek to improve the lives of others. She has co-chaired the annual school benefit at The Allen-Stevenson School, and has served on the Children’s Activities and Summer Membership Committees at her social club.
Julia is a practiced yogi, international traveler, fast skier, and an imaginative creative who likes nothing better than enjoying the company of her family and friends. Julia is fluent in French, proficient in Spanish and the devoted mother of two young children.
